Graduation of 4th Class of Barista Training in Brazil

Diego Gonzales from Sofá Café and the creator of the project Fazedores de Café (Coffee makers) in São Paulo, Brazil just announced it’s 4th Class graduation last Saturday, October 21st 2017. Five Students went through 3 months of daily classes to learn all aspects of coffee making, coffee origins, roasting, customer service, and 5 weeks of hands on training. Along the years, the project has formed many partnerships with different local coffee shops to collaborate with Fazedores de Café in helping students with low income to learn the skill of barista. With this training, many other former students were already hired for full time positions, and Diego is honored to announce all 5 students were already hired at the end of the training.
